We have produced over 38 <br />million carts and have over 35 years of experience in cart production. Cascade is offering to <br />provide carts in the following sizes: 96 gallon and 64 gallon. All Cascade carts are known for <br />consistency, durability, and reliability. <br />Dimensions: Cascade Engineering's 96 gallon cart has the following dimensions: 46" x 26" x <br />34" (H x W x D). Cascade's 64 gallon cart has the following dimensions: 44" x 22" x 27.5" (H x <br />W x D). Cascade's carts meet ANSI specifications. <br />Axle: Cascade Engineering's 96 gallon cart meets this spec with a 0.844" diameter axle. <br />Cascade's 64 gallon cart utilizes a 0.625" axle as this is industry standard for this cart size. <br />Lift System: Cascade Engineering uses a composite lower retention bar. In testing it has been <br />proven to be 3.4 times stronger than hollow steel retention bars. In addition, it has passed over <br />10,300 lift/dump/double pump cycles with a load of 350 pounds cycling up in the dump position <br />in less than 3 seconds. This is equivalent to 187 years of lifting and dumping at excessive loads <br />and lifter speeds. It has a "one way" mounting feature and is designed so it requires no rivets, <br />screws or push pins to hold the lower bar in place. The bar is not exposed to the contents inside <br />of the container and comes factory installed. <br />Quantity Pricing: The resin cost will be adjusted quarterly (up or down) in accordance with <br />changes in the CMA (IHS) or ICIS (CDI) index for general purpose injection mold HDPE. The <br />index for October, 2025 will be used as the baseline and the pursuant quarterly adjustments will <br />be based on the average index for the previous quarter. <br />www.cascadecartsolutions.com <br />
