Once a cart has reach the end of its useful life, we will recover any brand of HDPE injection molded carts and/or recycle bins, grind them into flake material and re -pelletize the material which then will be used in new containers. Cascade will provide the program participants with a rebate at the going rate of recycled HDPE at the time for the material recovered through this process.
