East Res. <br />* Funds are subject to the City Controller's determination of availability; if funds are unavailable, as solely determined by the City Controller, <br />then the authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect. <br /> <br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Resolution No. 3658 adopting 2026 Annual Spending and providing RDC staff <br />authority to update the plan as necessary <br /> <br />SPECIFICS: Under IC 36-7-14-12.7, the RDC is required to file by December 1 an annual spending plan <br />for the upcoming calendar year with the Department of Local Government Finance, Office of the Mayor, <br />and the Common Council. <br /> <br />Pending adoption by the RDC, this resolution would accomplish the following: <br /> <br />• Formally approve the enclosed Annual Spending Plan for 2026 <br />• Direct RDC staff to file the spending plan as required <br />• Provide RDC staff the authority to amend the spending plan if necessary <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________ ___________Pres/V-Pres <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: __________ ________Secretary <br /> <br />Date: _____________ _______ <br /> <br /> APPROVED Not Approved <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
