We will retain <br />the cost of labor <br />Final cleanup and walkthrough with customer included <br />Please sign estimate if you would like to notify us that you are ready to move forward with the project! <br />Standard Payment Schedule: <br />-50% deposit due 1 day prior to star t date <br />-50% due upon completion, after walkthrough with customer <br />All work not discussed on the signed estimate will be a CHANGE ORDER. <br />Color changes are subject to be rescheduled as the CHANGE ORDER could potentially roll onto another <br />scheduled job. <br />CHANGE ORDERS over $1000 will be invoiced separately and due upfront.
