General Home Construction PROPSAL <br /> <br /> <br />TO <br />Bridget Hoyt <br />844 Park Ave <br />South bend, IN <br /> <br />FOR porch paint and repairs <br /> <br />Description <br />: <br />General Conditions: <br /> <br />Provide building permit for project <br /> <br />Provide and maintain containment as needed to Comply with <br />the RRP rule for lead based paint <br /> <br />Remove and dispose of all work-related debris <br /> <br />Demo: <br />Remove Lattice skirting on North and south sides or porch <br />( note south side has significant damage will be replaces <br />north side to be re installed) <br /> <br />Remove rotted trim boards on North and south perimeter <br /> <br />Remove approx. 12' of porch flooring to the left (north) of <br />entryway <br /> <br />Remove approx. 3' of porch flooring to the right (south) of <br />entryway <br /> <br />Flooring, ceiling and trim: <br />Flatten ceiling boards where possible face screws will be <br />used <br /> <br />Install new Tongue and grove fir porch floor boards to the left <br />and right of entryway <br /> <br />Install new cedar perimeter trim boards at north and south <br />side of porch <br /> <br />Install new lattice skirting at south side of porch (reinstall <br />existing at north end) <br /> <br />Porch railing: <br />Remove all porch rail systems lower, cut to fit and re attach to <br />the cement cap existing porch rail to be reused however new <br />mounting blocks and hardware will be provided <br /> <br /> stair case rail to remain <br /> <br />Paint: (all new paint to match existing color) please note <br />exact color match not guaranteed
