• The South Bend Redevelopment Authority h. Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability -Airport Economic Development Area Public Improvement Project (Taxable Improvement Project). Upon a motion by Mr. Alvarez, seconded by Mr. Washington, the Authority approved the Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability for the Airport Economic Development Area Public Improvement Project (Taxable Improvement Project). i. Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability -Morris Performing Arts Center Project. Upon a motion by Mr. Alvarez, seconded by Mr. Washington, the Authority approved the Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability for the Morris Performing Arts Center Project. j. Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability -Palais Royale. Mr. Rock stated that we annually affirm current insurance on all of the properties that we own. Mr. Washington asked if we are required to have separate polices for each bond, and Mr. Rock said that was correct. Mr. Case said these are certifications to our bond trustees that we have insurance for each bond. Upon a motion by Mr. Alvarez, seconded by Mr. Washington, the Authority approved the Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability for the Palais Royale. 4. CLAIMS Claims previously reviewed and recommended for approval by the Director of Economic Development on March 12, 2003. Century Center Refunding Bonds of 2001 Century Center (reimbursement for BIG Enterprises, Inc.) Attendant booth $12,192.50 South Bend Redev. Authority Taxable Lease Bonds of 1993 (Airport) J.P.
