East Res. <br />* Funds are subject to the City Controller's determination of availability; if funds are unavailable, as solely determined by the City Controller, then the <br />authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect. <br /> <br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Budget request of $30,000 for additional analysis requested by the City and INDOT <br />related to the South Bend Chocolate Dinosaur Museum Traffic Impact Study. <br /> <br />SPECIFICS: Signal warrant analysis for US 20 and Olive determined that a signal is warranted. INDOT does not <br />want a signal at the intersection and the additional analysis they requested is more extensive than initially <br />anticipated. The City has also requested additional analysis to further support the need for a signal at the <br />intersection and evaluate measures to mitigate potential impacts to the interchange.
