BILL NO. 143 -79 <br />ORDINANCE NO. (OL I S3',, 7 J <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING OF THE EXPENSES OF <br />THE BUREAU OF SEWERS, OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING <br />JANUARY 1, 1980, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1980, <br />INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGA- <br />TIONS AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL <br />TAKE EFFECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That for the expenses of the Bureau of <br />Sewers for the fiscal year ending December 31,1980 the following <br />sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart <br />out of the fund herein named and for the purposes herein <br />specified, subject to the laws governing the same and subject <br />also to the conditions provided in this Ordinance. Such sums <br />herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures <br />authorized to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly <br />stipulated and.provided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for the said fiscal year, there is <br />hereby appropriated out to the General Fund and Depreciation <br />Fund of said Waste Water Treatment Plant, the following: <br />
