BILL NO. 142 -79 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE <br />OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE BUREAU OF <br />WASTE WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1980, AND <br />ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1980, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING <br />CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE <br />SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That for the expenses of the Bureau of <br />Waste Water Treatment for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1980 <br />the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered <br />set apart out of the fund herein named and for the purposes herein <br />specified, subject to the laws governing the same and subject <br />also to the conditions provided in this Ordinance, Such sums <br />herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures <br />authorized to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly <br />stipulated and provided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for the said fiscal year, there is <br />hereby appropriated out of the General Fund, Depreciation Fund, <br />and Sinking Fund of said Bureau of Waste Water the following: <br />
