BILL NO. 140 -79 <br />ORDINANCE NO. fa 75`- e <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE <br />BUREAU OF SOLID WASTE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING <br />JANUARY 1, 1980 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,1980, <br />INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND <br />OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE <br />SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That for the expenses of the Bureau of <br />Solid Waste for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1980, the <br />following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set <br />apart out of the fund herein named and for the purposes specified, <br />subject to the laws governing the same and subject to the <br />conditions provided in this Ordinance, such sums herein <br />appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized <br />to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated <br />and provided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for the said fiscal year, there is <br />hereby appropriated out of the Solid Waste Fund of said Bureau of <br />Solid Waste, the following: <br />
