This
will unable residents in neighborhoods where
there is a concentration of institutional parking
to limit parking in front of their homes.
We have a particular problem in the Third District
with parking at I.U.S.B. Even though the University
has ample parking for students, they often park on
residential streets. This ordinance will provide
for parking permits for residents and restrict
parking for others.
I welcome comments and suggestions for improvement
of the ordinance.
TSM: jh
Sincerely,
y
Terry S. Miller
Third District Councilman
