All materials are guaranteed to be as specified. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above estimate. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Customer agrees to pay all cost of collection if Roof Monkey USA incurs legal expenses to obtain the price agreed upon herein. A lien will be placed on the property at the expense of the customer if no payment is made after 30 days of final inspection. I certify that I am the registered owner of the above project property, or have the legal permission to authorize Roof Monkey USA to perform the work as stated and agree to pay the total project price. I understand that any insurance claims are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined by my insurance company, and may be subject to insurance company approval. I understand that payment in full is due upon completion of work as stated in contract. All invoices not paid in full after 30 days will be subject to a 2% per month interest charge.
