Please refrain from <br />climbing on ladders, scaffolding and your roof during the time A&M employees are working. This will allow for everyone <br />to have a safe work environment during tear off and installation of your new roof, siding, soffit, fascia, or gutters. <br />SECURITY SYSTEMSA&M is not responsible for security systems or alarms. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to <br />disconnect the system prior to A&M performing any work on their home. A&M will not be responsible for security <br />systems or alarms that may go off during the course of our work. <br />EXISTING STRUCTURAL CONDITIONS A&M is not responsible for any existing structural problems, loose or cracked <br />plaster, sags in rafters, bowed out walls. <br />EXCESS MATERIALSOur proposals are based on a complete job. Any excess materials remain the property of A&M. <br />LIGHT FIXTURES, PICTURES, and MIRRORSThese items could fall and break due to the vibration of the work being <br />done. We suggest that you check all fixtures, pictures, mirrors, etc. to make sure they are secure. If in doubt, take them <br />down. We will not assume responsibility for these items as a result of the normal vibrations of home improvement <br />work. <br />ACCESSWe plan to utilize driveways and walkways where they provide the necessary access to your home. If there is <br />not sufficient access, we will put plywood down before driving on your lawn. We will not be responsible for any damage <br />that occurs to the concrete or asphalt during this process. Please notify us in writing, five days prior to the job starting if <br />you have a sprinkler system, septic field, a well or if you do not want us to use your driveway for our services. <br />SCHEDULINGYour material will be delivered by third party distribution. The office will contact you one day before your <br />job is to begin. If there is no answer, we will leave a message. Please be advised that scheduling conflicts can occur due <br />to circumstances beyond our control. <br />SCHEDULING MULTIPLE PROJECTSIf more than one project is being completed at your home, please be advised that <br />there will be a brief period of time between each installation. Each project will also be invoiced separately. We <br />appreciate your cooperation and patience during this process. Please ask your salesperson to explain this procedure in <br />more detail if necessary. <br />PAYMENTA&M will invoice you separately for the different types of work that are completed. Each of these invoices will <br />be due as stated in each contract. Please ask your Sales Rep to explain this procedure more in detail. Your balance is <br />due based on contract fulfillment. <br />Warranty work and service request are outside the scope of the contract and will be serviced upon payment in full. <br />A&M cannot cover the cost of deductibles from insurance companies. <br />If declined for financing, we will require a 75% down payment in order to begin the work. <br />RETAINAGE A&M will request 90% of the funds when job is substantially complete, to be paid either via cash, check, <br />credit card, or by activating and approving financing. 10% should be the remaining balance to be kept by customer as <br />good faith that the project will be completed in a timely manner once materials needed for completion are available. <br />HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION / PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION <br />It is the responsibility of the homeowner to notify A&M of any specific rules, colors or specifications that pertain to their <br />list of covenants. <br />CANCELLATIONS OF CONTRACTCustomers have three business days from the date of contract signing to rescind
