ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Mr. Alvarez nominated Ms. Pfotenhauer to continue as President, Mr. <br />Washington to be the Vice-President and said he would like to remain as the <br />Secretary of the Authority. Ms. Pfotenhauer seconded the motion and it was <br />approved. <br />3.
