BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE NO. �p - <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $10,000 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY <br />REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING <br />FOR VARIOUS HUMAN RESOURCES PROGRAMS TO <br />BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION <br />AND FINANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Additional funds are needed by the Department of <br />Administration and Finance to administer certain Human <br />Resources Programs and to ensure the Department's ability <br />to properly perform its functions during the year 1979. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I.
