ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING MONIES FROM VARIOUS <br />ACCOUNTS TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE PARKING <br />GARAGE BUDGET OF THE PARKING FUND OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In that certain unforeseen conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing operating budget of the <br />Bureau of Parking, it is now necessary to appropriate more <br />money than was appropriated in the original budget to meet <br />these unforeseen conditions; and in that additional funds <br />are needed in certain accounts of the Bureau of Parking of <br />the Parking Fund., and in that surpluses do exist in other <br />various accounts within the same departments which are not <br />presently needed, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the following accounts be adjusted <br />as described below: <br />Reduce the following account: <br />263.0 Household $ 600.00 <br />Increase the following accounts- <br />251.0 Bldg. & Structure $ 200.00 <br />Repair <br />331.0 Household 150.00 <br />410.0 Bldg. Materials 250.00 <br />$ 600.00 <br />SECTION II.
