ORDINANCE NO. to log S - "j Qj <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING MONIES FROM VARIOUS <br />ACCOUNTS TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION BUDGET OF THE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION FUND OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In that certain unforeseen conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing operating budget of the <br />Economic Development Commission, it is now necessary to <br />appropriate more money than was appropriated in the original <br />budget to meet these unforeseen conditions; and in that <br />additional funds are needed in certain accounts of said budget, <br />and in that surpluses do exist in other accounts within the <br />same departments which are not presently needed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana,as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the following accounts be adjusted as <br />described below: <br />Reduce the following account: <br />230.0 Instruction $ 300,00 <br />Increase the following account: <br />242.0 Publications $ 300.00 <br />SECTION II.
