There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary <br />Mr. Cleo Washington <br />Member Absent: Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, President <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Donald Inks, Director <br />Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary <br />• <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. Approval of the minutes of October 17, 2001 <br />Upon a motion by Jose Alvarez, and seconded by Cleo Washington, the Authority <br />approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 17, 2001. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Report from the Department of Treasury <br />Mr. Inks said the Internal Revenue Service did an audit on the Blackthorn Golf Course <br />bonds and found everything in order, so the tax exempt status will remain on the bonds. <br />Mr. Washington asked if this was an annual audit and Mr. Inks said it was done on a <br />random sample basis.
