CLAIMS <br />Claims previously reviewed and recommended for approval by the Director of Economic <br />Development on October 17, 2001. <br />Century Center Refunding Bonds of 2001 <br />Fiduciary Communications Company <br />Publication of Defeasance notices $1.,716.32 <br />Mr. Inks said this is just the cost of publication of the bonds in the bond buyer magazine. <br />The Trustee informed us that the cost of the publication could be taken out of the Closing <br />Cost Account for the Refunding Bonds of 2001. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Washington, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, and unanimously carried, <br />the Authority approved the claim submitted October 17, 2001. <br />Wells Fargo <br />Administration Charges $3,000.00 <br />Mr. Inks said the Administration Charges for the bond issue were anticipated and in line <br />with what was expected. <br />• <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Washington, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, and unanimously carried, <br />the Authority approved the claim submitted October 17, 2001. <br />6. NEXT MEETING DATE: November 7, 2001 <br />7.
