DEMOLITION • ENVIRONMENTAL • DEVELOPMENT <br />Work plan for the <br />Rabbi Shulman Apartment Building Demolition <br />This submittal is a demolition and dismantling plan for the removal of the Rabbi Shulman Apartment Building. <br />The onsite foreman will oversee all daily site activities, such as manage the crew members, meet with officials, <br />ensure a safe and organized job site, and manager the site to align with the proposed schedule. <br />In case of any spills, we will have a dedicated spill kit onsite. The foreman will have adequate experience with <br />spill prevention and cleaning up. Incase of a spill we will stop work and focus on stopping and preventing the <br />spread of any contaminants. <br />We will have a dust destroyer on site to mist water during demolition. If needed we can use the hose to direct <br />high flow of water. <br />We will be utilizing Hydraulic excavator to bring down the structures. Additional excavators will be onsite to sort <br />and load out the debris. We will utilize a skid steer to assist with the clean up. <br />Due to the site gradation I do not for see an issue with surface water. If needed we can supply silt fence in areas <br />to prevent sediment leaving the site.
