Swiss Re Corporate Solutions America Insurance <br />Corporation has a Best Insurance Guide rating of A+ XV. We currently have a bonding <br />line established with single job limits of $10,000,000 and aggregate limitations of <br />$20,000,000. By no means do these limits constitute maximums, as we will consider <br />larger projects at the time a request is submitted to our company. <br />We are of the opinion that Indiana Earth, Inc. is one of the finest managed contracting <br />firms in the industry. They have consistently handled each of their projects in a <br />professional manner and all projects have been satisfactorily completed. <br />This letter is not all assumption of halhility not- is it a bond. Subject to a routine <br />underwriting review of the contract, hood forms, confirmation of adequate project <br />funding and current underwriting inIbi-matufn, we are prepared to arrange for the issuance <br />of performance and payment bonds upon r4gUe5t.
