<br />Laila Dow is a seasoned Project Engineer with more
<br />than thirty years of experience leading the design of
<br />transportation, utility, and infrastructure improvements for
<br />INDOT and local governments. She specializes in translating

<br />community needs. Her work spans Streetscape and roadway
<br />reconstruction, intersection improvements, stormwater and

<br />Ryan Anderson is a Civil Project Engineer bringing extensive
<br />expertise in roadway, intersection, and driveway design,
<br />including concrete curb ramps, maintenance of traffic plans,
<br />and ADA-compliant features. Ryan's background also includes
<br />utility coordination within railroad rights -of -way, stormwater
<br />management, geotechnical review, and site development for
<br />commercial and municipal projects. In a QA/QC role, Ryan will
<br />leverage his design and construction knowledge to ensure
<br />compliance with project specifications, ADA standards, and
<br />INDOT requirements. His experience with construction
<br />documents, contracts, and technical specifications allows him
<br />to identify potential issues early, review field observations
<br />effectively, and provide oversight to maintain quality, safety,
