<br />Elkhart River District Revitalization Plan - Elkhart, IN
<br />Andrew played a key role in realizing the Elkhart River District Vision and
<br />Implementation Plans. As project manager and lead landscape architect,
<br />he guided the effort from concept to execution, coordinating with the
<br />City of Elkhart, the Community Foundation, and a multidisciplinaryteam.
<br />He led stakeholder engagement, infrastructure upgrades, and public -
<br />private collaboration while shaping the public realm with mixed -use
<br />development, pedestrian -friendly streetscapes, a connected Riverwalk,
<br />and welcoming green spaces.

<br />Andrew provided oversight for the creation of the Master Plan, as
<br />well as design improvements for the stadium. As project manager,
<br />he coordinated with multiple stakeholders, design disciplines, and

<br />Angela is a senior planner with over 20 years of experience in urban
<br />planning, zoning, and ordinance development. She previously
<br />served as Zoning Administrator for the City of South Bend, where
<br />she co-authored the award -winning South Bend Zoning Ordinance
<br />and helped establish the City's Plan Commission and Board of
<br />Zoning Appeals. Skilled in public engagement and entitlement
<br />processes, Angela translates complex regulations into clear,
<br />actionable strategies. Her work reflects a deep commitment
<br />to building vibrant, resilient, and accessible communities, and
<br />she is recognized as a trusted advisor to municipal leaders and
<br />community stakeholders.

<br />As project manager, Andrew played a key role in the design and
<br />execution of this transformative project, collaborating closely with the
<br />client and design team. Responsibilities spanned from conducting a
<br />comprehensive Parking Study and shaping a Downtown Master Plan to
<br />new commercial and residential development, renovation, streetscape
<br />design, and courtyard space improvements.

<br />As the principal in charge, Andrew managed master planning
<br />through design development, contract documents, and
<br />construction administration for multiple projects within downtown
<br />Auburn. These projects included streetscape renovation, utility

<br />Mike has over 15 years of experience leading roadway and utility
<br />design projects for INDOT and local public agencies. He has
<br />delivered major corridor transformations such as LaSalle Avenue
<br />in South Bend and Oxford Street in Fort Wayne, incorporating
<br />road diets, new sidewalks, stormwater systems, and utility
<br />coordination. He brings extensive expertise in Complete Streets
<br />design, multidisciplinary infrastructure improvements, and public
<br />engagement. He is also experienced in parking lot realignment,
<br />traffic calming, and multi -modal design. Mike's hands-on leadership,
<br />accessibility, and commitment to timely project delivery make him a
<br />proven partner for complex urban redevelopment efforts.
