<br />Mike is a results -driven land surveyor with over 30 years of experience leading
<br />topographic and boundary surveys, legal descriptions, and easement
<br />preparation. As Abonmarche's Indiana Survey Group Director, he will serve
<br />as Project Manager for this effort, bringing extensive expertise in right-of-way
<br />determination, subdivision platting, and route surveys for federally aided and
<br />locally funded infrastructure projects. His leadership includes directing survey
<br />crews in staking curbs, utilities, stormwater systems, and roadways, ensuring
<br />accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Skilled in ALTA surveys, FEMA map
<br />reading, and flood risk assessment, he provides critical support for stormwater
<br />management planning, title work, and easement documentation. With a
<br />proven record in coordinating survey and design efforts for roadway, utility,
<br />and site development projects, Mike is uniquely positioned to manage the
<br />public infrastructure and parking lot scope for this new mixed -income residential
<br />community.

<br />As Abonmarche's Business and Government Strategy Director, Hodge will serve
<br />as the Client Champion, leveraging his extensive background in government,
<br />operations, and public relations to support this project. With over two decades
<br />of experience in government, operations, and public relations, he is known for
<br />building strong public and private sector relationships and securing local, state,
<br />and federal funding for community projects. Actively engaged with Northern
<br />Indiana Mayor's Roundtables, AIM, MACOG, and NIRPC, he brings deep regional
<br />knowledge and connections. Prior to joining Abonmarche, he served 22 years
<br />in Congress for two U.S. House members and two U.S. Senators, including as
<br />State Director for Senator Joe Donnelly, where he established six regional offices,
<br />managed a 20-member team, and oversaw more than 100 high -profile projects.
<br />His additional leadership experience in healthcare marketing and advocacy
<br />further underscores his ability to navigate complex regulatory environments,
<br />secure resources, and champion client priorities.
