Background Data: <br />a. Effective Date of Owner -Engineer Agreement: <br />0 <br />C. <br />07/22/2025 <br />Owner: Citv of South Bend Board of Public Works <br />Engineer: Abonmarche Consultants, Inc. <br />Project: O'Brien Park Splashpad and Restroom Installation <br />2. Description of Modifications: <br />[NOTE TO USER: Include the following paragraphs that are appropriate and delete those not applicable to <br />this amendment. Refer to paragraph numbers used in the Agreement or a previous amendment for clarity <br />with respect to the modifications to be made. Use paragraph numbers in this document for ease of <br />reference herein and in future correspondence or amendments.] <br />a. Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: <br />1) Additional survey of the soccer field and approximately 75-100' north of the Walter <br />Street intersection. The survey will include picking up topography, utilities, trees, <br />and Right of Way (ROW) limits. We will also complete additional site design to <br />include a walkway connection from the existing playground to Fellows Street. The <br />walkway will be routed alongside Walter Street to preserve the existing trees by the <br />soccer field. The walkway may need to be routed further off the ROW based on <br />field conditions or costs of curb construction on Walter Street. <br />b. For the Additional Services or the modifications to services set forth above, <br />Owner shall pay Engineer the following additional or modified compensation: <br />1) $4,500 for additional survey work <br />2) $4,500 for additional site design <br />C.
