(Check all that apply):Roofs Windows, Siding, Doors <br />Contractor Information <br /> <br />Description of Proposed Work: <br />I am proposing the following projects: <br />1) Add a deck to the back of the house with entry into our "office". A primary objective of the deck is to <br />allow for a wheelchair ramp that provides access to my mother-in-Law. In addition I am looking to replace <br />a non-historic window with a door as well as convert a set of cottage windows to a picture window 2/3 <br />with a 1/3 transom to match the front window. <br />2) We would like to add a traditional 10x12' cedar pergola to provide a cooking area for the new patio. <br />3) We would like to rebuild the Vestibule (not original and uses historical elements) to be symmetrical and <br />have the windows align with the front door and convert to the "flat" trim for the rest of the house. <br />4) We would like to fix a slumping bump-out on the drive-way side of the house. In addition to raising to <br />square, we would like to replace the non-historical windows and "re-roof" with a slope away from the <br />house. We would maintain internal gutters and trim appearance. <br />5) We have discovered that a large wall section on the front of the house has significant gapping in the <br />siding allowing elements to enter the envelope of the house.
