~,. <br />n <br />LJ <br />The South Bend Redevelopment Authority <br />September 5, 2001 Meeting Minutes <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alvarez, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, the <br />Authority approved Resolution No.147 approving the transfer of real <br />property to the South Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />4. CLAIMS <br />Claims submitted for approval September 5, 2001 <br />Century Center Refunding Bonds of 2001 <br />Meridian Title Corporation <br />Commercial Mortgagees $6,142.50 <br />• <br />Mr. Inks asked that the claim for the Century Center Refunding Bonds of 2001 be <br />approved contingent upon a receipt and review of a listing from the financial <br />consultant on these bonds that this is an anticipated issuance cost and that the <br />amount is in line with the original estimate. Mr. Inks said he recently requested <br />that information and has not received it yet. Ms. Pfotenhauer asked if that was <br />something he usually got. Mr. Inks said he had only dealt with one previous bond <br />and the consultant gave a list of costs which enabled him to be able to verify <br />claims as they came in. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, and seconded by Mr. Alvarez, the Authority <br />approved the claim subject to Mr. Inks' verification of the claim. If the claim is not <br />appropriate, then Ms. Pfotenhauer asked that Mr. Inks bring the claim back to the <br />Authority for review.
