YOUR TRAFFIC LEADER <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />ON -CALL SIGNAL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />BLOOMINGTON, INDIANA <br />Project Manager Patrick and his team were retained by the City to <br />provide Traffic Engineering services. These services have included <br />traffic signal operational reviews and timing modifications, address- <br />ing citizen and staff timing requests and adjustments, traffic signal <br />design review services, and other miscellaneous services. Patrick <br />and his staff have remote access to the City's traffic signal system <br />and can work with the engineering and street and lighting depart- <br />ment to ensure proper operation of traffic signals when requested. <br />In addition, Patrick and his staff have made adjustments to the cor- <br />ridor's signal timings due to construction projects or changes in <br />travel patterns. <br />SIGNAL SYSTEM INVENTORY SOUTH BEND. INDIANA <br />Project Manager Patrick and his team were responsible for the <br />in -field inventory and completion of the GPS database for the South <br />Bend Signal System (205 signals). The inventory included all signal <br />equipment, phasing, and signal timings. Existing equipment was <br />reviewed for proper operation. Deficiencies and items in need of <br />maintenance or operational changes were also noted and detailed <br />in a memo to the City. Following the completion of the inventory, <br />a signal re -timing prioritization model was developed for the City <br />which will allow for strategic deployment of funding when available. <br />TRAFFIC SIGNAL TIMING VALPARAISO. INDIANA <br />Project Manager Patrick was responsible for the citywide traffic <br />signal retiming project which included inventory of the existing <br />system; controller and coordination timing development; imple- <br />mentation and fine tuning; and preparation of the final report, with <br />recommendations to the City of Valparaiso. Upon completion of the <br />Citywide Retiming project, American Structurepoint was retained in <br />an on -call role so Patrick could continue to serve the City's signal <br />system needs. <br />RED LINE BRT FINAL DESIGN INDIANAPOLIS. INDIANA <br />Project Manager Patrick's responsibilities included design for <br />40 new and modified traffic signals along the Red Line corridor, <br />Indianapolis's all electric Bus Rapid Transit Project. The modifica- <br />tions included the addition of transit signals and phasing, pedestrian <br />accommodations, and upgraded cabinets and controllers. Patrick <br />was also the Engineer of Record for an additional 18 signals that <br />required controller and transit signal priority (TSP) upgrades only. <br />TRAFFIC SIGNAL RETIMING BLOOMINGTON, INDIANA <br />Project Manager Patrick was responsible for the citywide traffic <br />signal retiming project (85 signals) which included inventory of the <br />existing system; controller and coordination timing development; <br />travel time runs, implementation and fine tuning; and preparation of <br />the final report; with recommendations to the City of Bloomington. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND - TRAFFIC SIGNAL CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM <br />
