As an Assistant Project Manager, she assists with project setup, <br />requests for pricing takeoff, change order reviews, and quality control assurance. <br />She also supports Skillman's XBE engagement process by coordinating outreach and <br />documentation to ensure meaningful participation. His responsibilities <br />include supervision and management of contractors; overseeing project schedules, <br />pay applications, and change orders; material procurement; and writing of contracts. <br />Allsop's vast knowledge comes through work on various educational, public, commercial, <br />residential, and hospital projects.
