Section 4-60(c) of the South Bend Mun lcipal Code states the following, "Completed forms must <br />be filed no later than thirty (30) days prior to the first date on which the applicant intends to do <br />business." Unfortunately, the BPW will not be able to make their recommendation in time for the proposed <br />date of Sept. 3, 2025.
