Acknowledge Addendum #1. <br />2. All work is figured for standard weekday working hours, M-F 7:00am — 3:30pm. Excludes <br />Holidays & Premium Time. <br />3. Builder's risk & all bonds are excluded from this proposal. Any such items are additional. <br />4. Sales Taxes are excluded for this project. A tax exemption form is required for credit, <br />otherwise this is additional to bid. <br />S. Base bid includes an estimate cost of $750 for local permit fees. Adjustment to the final cost <br />may change once final permit fee is determined. Excludes submitting down state. <br />6. Excludes working in, around & over equipment that is located in the construction area. There <br />must be an adequate room for construction equipment, demolition, unloading & staging of <br />materials, construction of new spaces & storage of tools at the immediate site location. All <br />equipment is to be moved out & reinstalled once completed by others. <br />7. Work not described in this scope of work or different to assumptions will be completed by <br />approved Change Orders. <br />8. The wall construction is metal stud framing with batt insulation in the cavity with 5/8" drywall on <br />each side of walls. <br />9. Delivery of the doors, frames & hardware may be up to 8 weeks. <br />10. All final keying is by the client. We are only providing passage sets for all doors. <br />11. Excludes any windows in the Office walls (not graphically shown). Windows will be provided in <br />the (2) Office doors as half glass. <br />12. Excludes painting of any MEP items. <br />13. Excludes any cost for "utility bills". <br />14.
