MORTGAGE RELEASE <br />THIS CERTIFIES that a Mortgage (the “Mortgage”) by Sylvia Mae Kyle and Unice L. Lawshea, as <br />joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, to and in favor of City of South Bend for <br />the use and benefit of its Department of Redevelopment (“Holder”), dated May 13, 2005 and recorded on June <br />7, 2005 as Instrument No. 0524512 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, together with <br />any amendments, renewals, extensions, or modifications thereto, has been fully satisfied and such Mortgage is <br />hereby FULLY RELEASED. <br />The South Bend Redevelopment Commission is the governing body of the City of South Bend <br />Department of Redevelopment.
