ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5661 F.J. NIMTZ PARKWAY <br />AND THE VACANT PROPERTY EAST OF AND ADJACENT TO <br />AND WEST OF AND ADJACENT TO 5661 F.J. NIMTZ PARKWAY, <br />COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT 1 IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />Zoning is currently "LI" Light Industrial. A change in the zoning classification to "O" Office District will <br />allow for greater development opportunities and is compatible with surrounding zoning classifications. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 9495 -04, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, shall be and the same hereby is amended to provide that the <br />zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, <br />State of Indiana: <br />Blackthorn Corporate Park, Park Minor Sub # 7 Lots 6, 7, and 8 <br />be and the same is hereby established as "O" Office District. <br />SECTION II.
