Michigan Street, <br />Morris Civic Auditorium <br />Dear Mr. Wasielewski: <br />The staff of the Area Plan Commission has reviewed <br />the Historic Preservation <br />'Commission's proposed designation of the above property as an historical land - <br />-mark with respect to the relationship of said property to any capital improve - <br />ments proposed for nearby rights -of -way, easements <br />or properties. <br />We find no proposed improvements that will conflict <br />with this structure; and, <br />therefore, we return a favorable recommendation to <br />the Historic Preservation <br />Commission and the Common Council. <br />Sincerely, <br />David B.
