ORDINANCE NO. & 7 * :Q — EO <br />AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND ESTABLISHING AN <br />HISTORIC LANDMARK UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 5565-73, <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />WHEREAS, a member of the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend has petitioned for the designation of the following described <br />real estate as an Historic Landmark under Ordinance No. 5565-73, as <br />amended, to wit: <br />Lot 4 and 42 ft. <br />North Side Lot 5 <br />Original Plat <br />The improvements located upon said land <br />can be commonly described as 211 -217 North <br />Michigan Street - Morris Civic Auditorium <br />hereinafter referred to as the "PROPERTY." <br />WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend <br />and 3t.
