ORDINANCE NO, (, 9SS- g-0 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $130,000,00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND, MORE <br />COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING <br />TO PROVIDE MATCHING FUNDS, FOR FUNDS DONATED TO <br />THE POTOWATOMI Z00., BY THE MUESSEL - CLARKE TRUSTS, <br />TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH <br />THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />. WHEREAS, the City has received a donation for the <br />construction of an educational building at the Potowatomi Zoo <br />from the Muessel and Clarke Trusts, and the Council, by resolution <br />X720 -79, agreed to provide matching funds in the amount of <br />130,000.00 from 1980 Revenue Sharing. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $130,000.00 is hereby <br />appropriated and set aside within the Revenue Sharing Trust <br />Fund for the calendar year 1980, Such appropriation will be <br />administered as set forth below: <br />FA 203 <br />EDUCATIONAL BUILDING <br />POTOWATOMI ZOO <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />260.0 Contractual Services $ 130,000.00 <br />TOTAL FA 203 $ 130,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
