(, 731-SO AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $290,000.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY KNOWN AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR THE OPERATION OF CENTURY CENTER, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, THROUGH THE CENTURY CENTER BOARD OF MANAGERS. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Additional funds are needed by the Century Center Board of Managers to ensure Century Center's ability to perform its functions during the year 1980. NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows; SECTION I. The sum of $290,000,00 is hereby appropriated for the year 1980 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust 'Fund, This appropriation is to be administered by the Century Center Board of Managers and will be distributed as set forth below; PROGRAM FA 199 CENTURY CENTER UTILITIES ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT 220.0 Utilities $ 2901000.00 TOTAL FA 199 $ 290,000.00 SECTION II.
