SPECIAL MEETING MAY 10, 2013 39 <br />The Board of Public Safety met in a Special Meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Friday May 10, 2013 with <br />Board President Patrick D. Cottrell and Board Members Laura Vasquez, Eddie Miller, and Luther <br />Taylor present. Board member John Collins was absent. Also present were Legal Counsel Joseph <br />Simeri, and Board Attorney Andrea Beachkofsky. The meeting was held in the Common Council <br />Chambers, 4ch Floor County City Building, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />HEARING OF CHARGES NO. 2013-03 — PATRICIA BYRD <br />This was the date set for the Hearing of the above Charges. A Court Reporter was present from <br />Midwest Reporting to record the Hearing. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION MAY 10. 2013 <br />The Board of Public Safety met in the Executive Session on Friday, May 10, 2013 at 3:51 p.m. The <br />meeting was held in the Common Council Chambers, 4c11 Floor, County City Building, South Bend, <br />Indiana, for the purposes specified in I.C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(2)(A)(6)(A). Board President Patrick <br />Cottrell, and Board Members Laura Vasquez, Eddie Miller, and Luther Taylor were present. Board <br />member John Collins was absent. Board members did not discuss any subject matter other than the <br />subject matter as specified in the Public Notice.
