Before wrapping up the meeting Valerie asked for comments from committee members and <br />Councilmembers. Both Karen White and Tim Scott supported Valerie's initiative while urging <br />collaboration and cautioning fiscal responsibility. Valerie hoped the special committee's work could be <br />accomplished in 6 -8 weeks which should be in time for the budget process should the committee's <br />recommendations required additional money. <br />There being no further business to come before the committee at this time, Chairperson White adjourned <br />the meeting at 6:42 p.m. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />I I I Ti-I <br />Karen L.
