ORDINANCE NO. 6 ?Q ?._ ffO <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $104,000.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY KNOWN AS <br />GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR THE CITY'S SHARE <br />OF THE MODEL CITIES CODE ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM, <br />TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND <br />FINANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Funds are now needed to pay the City's proportionate <br />share of the Model Cities Code Enforcement Program as was <br />agreed to by the Common Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $104,000.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1980 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund <br />commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
