BILL NO, <br />ORDINANCE NO, <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $179,000,00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY REFERRED TO <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR DEVELOPMENT OF <br />PERMANENT, INTERPRETIVE EXHIBITS FOR THE DISCOVERY <br />HALL MUSEUM, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION <br />AND FINANCE, <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT; <br />WHEREAS, funds are needed to finish-phase I of design, <br />constitution and installation of the permanent interpretive <br />exhibits for the Discovery Hall Museum, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows; <br />SECTION I, The sum of $179,000,00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1979 from the Federal Assistance.
