BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE NO. t0 71,9 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL OPERATING <br />FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,000.00 FOR THE CALENDAR <br />YEAR 1979, FROM THE POLICE PENSION FUND TO BE <br />ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND <br />FINANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />WHEREAS, unforeseen circumstances have made it <br />necessary to appropriate more monies than were originally <br />appropriated in the 1979 Operating Budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />SECTION I. That for the calendar year 1979, the Council <br />does hereby approve an additional appropriation in the amount <br />of $30,000.
