BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL OPERATING <br />FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,000.00 FOR THE CALENDAR <br />YEAR 1979, FROM THE FIRE PENSION FUND TO BE <br />ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND <br />FINANCE, <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />WHEREAS, unforeseen circumstances have made it necessary <br />to appropriate more monies than were originally appropriated <br />in the 1979 Operating Budget, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />SECTION I, That for the calendar year 1979, the Council <br />does hereby approve an additional appropriation in the amount <br />of $30,000.00, Said appropriation will be administered through <br />the Fire Pension Bureau as set forth below: <br />532.0 Retirement, Current Year $ 301000.00 <br />SECTION 11, This.
