BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING MONIES FROM VARIOUS <br />ACCOUNTS TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE BUDGET <br />OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In that certain unforeseen conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing operating budget of the <br />Fire Department, it is now necessary to appropriate more <br />money than was appropriated in the original budget to meet <br />these unforeseen conditions; and in that additional funds are <br />needed in certain accounts of said budget, and in that <br />surpluses do exist in other accounts within the same departments <br />which are not presently needed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana,as follows: <br />SECTION I, That the following accounts be adjusted as <br />described below; <br />Reduce the following account; <br />110,0 Salaries $ 500.00 <br />Increase the following account: <br />430,0 Repair Parts $ 500.00 <br />SECTION II.
