The set-up fee is $750, and the annual fee is $750. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alvarez, seconded by Mr. Kahn, and unanimously carried, <br />the Authority approved the proposal from Norwest Bank Indiana, N.A., related to <br />the Section 108 program. <br />4. CLAIMS <br />Claims submitted for approval July 28,1999 <br />College Football Hall of Fame Lease Rental Bonds of 1994 <br />Banc One Capital Markets, Inc., Remarketing Services $21,918.66 <br />College Football Hall of Fame <br />Norwest Bank Indiana, N.A., Trustee Fees <br />for 7-1-98 through 6-30-99 $ 4,760.00 <br />• <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, and unanimously carried, the <br />Authority approved the claims submitted July 28, 1999. <br />6. NEXT MEETING DATE: August 16, 1999 <br />7. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority, Mr. <br />Alvarez made a motion that the meeting be adjourned.
