This <br />appropriation will be used to fund a full -time environ- <br />mental clean -up crew responsible to the Mayor's Environ- <br />mental /Action Center. <br />This full -time crew will be responsible for answering <br />complaints concerning environmental clean -up, and for <br />initiating clean -up in designated areas.
