PROJECT NAME: RIVERFRONT WEST URBAN NEIGHBORHOOD <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />ADDENDUM NO. 6 <br />Date: July 21, 2025 <br />To: All Plan Holders <br />From: Hillary Horvath, Clerk of the Board of Public Works <br />The items in this addendum are to become part of the original documents as if <br />included therein. Only the noted items are affected, and the remainder of the <br />original contract document is to remain in its entirety. <br />The Addendum modifies the Contract Documents as follows: <br />PART 1 —CLARIFICATIONS <br />1.01 It has been clarified that the grant funds received for this project are State <br />funds, not Federal Funds. This means that BABA requirements do not apply. <br />However, Buy America requirements still apply on all City projects. The <br />Contractor shall comply with the Buy America requirements as defined in <br />the 2024 INDOT Standard Specifications. <br />A signed copy of this addendum shall be submitted with this proposal. <br />— This addendum consists of a total of 2 pages- <br />7 <br />-a�tsars <br />
