(Exampies could include a narrative of when <br />you could begin work, complete the project, number of workers, etc. and any other information which you <br />believe would enable the governmental unit to consider your bid.) <br />Work would begin within a reasonable time of the notice of award and within 5 days of <br />the notice to proceed. Work would be completed within time frame as stated in specifications. <br />We currently employ 35 field staff and operate a total of 5 crews in addition to subcontract labor <br />if necessary. A fully detailed schedule will be provided at pre -construction meeting. <br />Please list the names and addresses of all subcontractors (i.e. persons or firms outside your own firm <br />who have performed part of the work) that you have used on public works projects during the past five (5) <br />years along with a brief description of the work done by each subcontractor. <br />See attached. <br />
