Being part of the CLA provides an organized <br />workforce that has gone through rigorous training and provides premium pay and <br />benefits to everyone on staff. Our team is comprised of 85individuals (19 office <br />members and 66 field personnel). The team is made up of male, female, and <br />minority members. The average employee has been with Selge Construction for <br />17 years. <br />Each person on your project will be properly classified as an employee under all <br />applicable state and federal laws and local ordinances. Selge has never <br />defaulted on a contract, and we do not bid any work that we cannot complete. <br />Based on our current schedule and capabilities, we will utilize 100% Selge <br />employees and equipment for your project. We do not foresee any issues being <br />able to complete the project within the designated schedule. Let there be no <br />doubt that Selge Construction has sufficient employees and resources to <br />complete any work that is bid on. <br />
