This can be provided should we be considered the low bidder and in contention to be awarded <br />the project. <br />Plan & Equipment Questionnaire <br />1.) For the proposed project, our team at Dudeck Roofing & Sheet Metal will implement a <br />structured and efficient plan to ensure timely and high -quality completion of all required <br />work. Our proposed plan is as follows: <br />a. Project Start and Completion: <br />We are prepared to mobilize this fall. The anticipated project duration is approximately <br />8 weeks, depending on site access and weather conditions. <br />b. 2. Scope of Work: <br />The scope includes removal of existing roofing materials as specified, installation of <br />new roofing system components (insulation, cover board, membrane, flashings, sheet <br />metal, etc.), and all associated detailing per project drawings and specifications. <br />c. 3. Crew and Equipment: <br />We will assign a crew of 8-9 experienced roofers and sheet metal installers. All workers <br />are OSHA 10 certified, with key personnel having extensive experience in public works <br />and commercial roofing. Equipment on -site will include boom lifts, dumpsters, hot-air <br />welders, generators, safety rails, and fall protection gear. <br />d. 4. Quality Control and Safety: <br />We follow a strict safety protocol in accordance with OSHA and site -specific <br />requirements. Daily safety briefings and quality control checks will be conducted by our <br />foreman and project manager. All installations will adhere to manufacturer <br />specifications to maintain warranty eligibility. <br />e. 5. Communication and Coordination: <br />Our project manager will serve as the point of contact and will coordinate regularly <br />1 1 P a g e <br />
